All furniture purchased at our shop will be delivered directly to your address and is always packed with a user's manual. Be assured, we use most appropriate packing material and techniques and engage reliable shipping agencies- to ensure the your order is not damaged in transit and delivered as soon as possible. 
The time of the order realization depends on the availability of the products in our stock (e.g. the colour, manufacture, etc.) as well as the delivery service possibilities.
Delivery is free of charge almost all  The U.K., excluding: Northern Ireland, Ireland , Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight.

1.Before placing an order we suggest to perform all the required measurements of corridors, halls, staircases, etc., which will be used to carry in the furniture. It concerns mainly sofas, couches. Take a special notice on the height and width of the staircases and the width of the door in detached houses.

2.Given the size and weight of goods, furniture are delivered to the building door only and there will be no taking goods upstairs. Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs and all transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the buyer's risk and discretion.Our drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods.

Products are typically dispatched within 7-34 working days of order confirmation. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment.
We try our best to deliver your product before the estimated time given at the time of confirmation. 
All our products come with necessary hardware required for its assembly/installation. For the products that involve wall installation or knock down furniture that requires assembly, there will be an assembly guidelines leaflet which comes in the package. Please ensure that you call for a skilled carpenter to fix it properly.  
We have several rounds of specialized quality control checks to ensure that the product is up to standard when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to our notice of via an email along with an image of broken piece or parts at sales@aberdeen-furniture.co.uk. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
